Hiring: Senior PeopleSoft Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid/Onsite)
Contract Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developer / Programmer Analyst Specialist for a long-term project with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of PeopleSoft 9.2 development experience
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools
Expertise in PeopleSoft integrations & enterprise applications
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Strong knowledge of Okta & Azure Active Directory integrations
Experience implementing/supporting SSO solutions
Strong understanding of IAM concepts & authentication protocols

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft enterprise applications
Support IAM, SSO, Okta, Azure AD, and SailPoint integrations
Troubleshoot complex production issues
Work with security, infrastructure, and business teams
Prepare technical documentation and support deployments

Preferred:

Texas State/Government project experience
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Enterprise security & compliance knowledge
